Hi7u Terms & Conditions — The Complete Member Guide

Hi7u (www.hi7u.net) is an online Sports Betting and casino platform operating under an international gaming licence. These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between hi7u and its members.

By creating an account, logging in, or using any service on hi7u, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full.

These terms were last updated in June 2026. Compared to the previous version, new provisions have been added covering payment verification, bonus wagering, and live betting rules.

When registering at hi7u, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Registering with false or misleading details will result in account termination, and any funds in that account may be confiscated.

Registration Rules:

• Only one account per person is permitted. Any attempt to open multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, bank account, or ID will result in all associated accounts being closed.
• The name on your account must match the name on your national ID card.
• Identity verification must be completed within 30 days of registration and before the first withdrawal.
• Members are solely responsible for keeping their account password confidential and secure.

Hi7u strictly enforces an 18+ policy. Any use of hi7u's services by someone under the age of 18 is a direct violation of these terms. In such cases, the account will be terminated and any funds held may be confiscated without refund.

For age verification, hi7u may request any one of the following documents:

• Valid Passport
• Birth registration certificate (for initial verification only, until NID is available)

Hi7u may request age verification from any member at any time. hi7u reserves the right to suspend withdrawals until verification is complete.

Hi7u accepts payments through Bangladesh's major mobile banking and banking channels. All financial transactions must be made from an account registered in the member's own name.

Withdrawal Rules:

• Identity verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals must always be made using the same method as the original deposit.
• Bonus funds may only be withdrawn after the associated wagering requirements have been met.
• Hi7u complies with anti-money laundering regulations. If any unusual transaction is detected, hi7u may request further information.
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit is determined by your VIP tier.

Bet Placement Rules:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be modified or cancelled — unless the Cash-Out feature is used.
• In an accumulator bet, if any single selection is incorrect, the entire bet is lost.

• Hi7u reserves the right to void bets placed at incorrect odds due to an obvious error.

Live Betting:

During live matches, odds change in real time. If the odds shift between pressing the "Place Bet" button and server confirmation, hi7u will automatically offer you the option to accept or decline the new odds — based on your initial settings.

All bonuses and promotional offers at hi7u are subject to specific terms and conditions. Claiming a bonus means you agree to these terms.

General Bonus Rules:

• Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement of 3× to 30×, meaning you must wager a specified multiple of the bonus amount before making a withdrawal.
• Time limit: Every bonus has an expiry period — typically between 7 and 30 days. If the wagering requirement is not met within this time, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Game Restrictions: Some bonuses are only valid for specific games or markets. This will be clearly stated in the bonus details.
• One per person: The same member cannot claim the same type of bonus more than once.

Hi7u uses the official results of the relevant sports governing body to determine match and event outcomes. Bets are typically settled within 3 hours of the result being confirmed.

If a match is cancelled or postponed:

• If a match is cancelled before it begins, all bets placed on that match will be voided and stakes returned.
• If a match is suspended after it has started and is not resumed within the allotted time, most bets will be voided — however, certain markets (such as "First Half Result" if already completed) will be settled.
• In cricket, if a match is reduced due to rain, bets will be settled according to the result determined by the D/L method.
• In the case of a walkover or forfeit, hi7u will follow the applicable sports rules.

Hi7u strictly follows international KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) guidelines — not only as a licensing requirement, but to ensure the security of your funds.

• All members must submit their NID or passport along with a selfie before making their first withdrawal.
• A screenshot or bank statement may be requested to verify ownership of a payment method.
• Verification documents are typically reviewed within 24–48 hours.
• Withdrawals will be temporarily suspended during verification.

Hi7u believes betting should be for entertainment only. To help prevent problem gambling, hi7u provides members with a range of tools:

• Deposit Limit: Set your own maximum deposit limit — daily, weekly, or monthly.
• Betting Limit: Set a limit on the maximum amount you can bet within a given period.
• Self-Exclusion: Take a break from the platform for a set period of time.

10. Account Suspension or Closure

Hi7u may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• Use of a false identity or forged documents.
• Managing multiple accounts.
• Evidence of bonus abuse or fraudulent activity.
• Use of automated betting software.
• Use of the platform by a minor.

The balance of an account closed for legitimate reasons (excluding bonuses) will generally be returned.

11. Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute regarding any result or transaction, please submit a complaint through the support centre within 30 days of the incident. hi7u will endeavour to resolve complaints within 14 business days. If no internal resolution is reached, arbitration through the licensing authority is available.

12. Notice of Changes to Terms

Hi7u may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
